John S. Davidson, RCDD
President

When founding Adasca in 1999, John had a vision of providing and supporting diverse networks over one unified, standards-based infrastructure.   As a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), John has demonstrated his knowledge in the design, implementation and integration of Information Transport Systems (ITS) and related infrastructure, and has recently designed a universal infrastructure for the newly refurbished Canadian Museum of Nature integrating all multimedia, voice, data and video content on one unified infrastructure.   With over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, John has significant accomplishments both locally and internationally.

John specializes in the design and implementation of audio-visual, voice and data networks, with particular attention to the longevity and reliability of the systems that interconnect them.

John is an active volunteer in the community, working with youth in sports and music, providing guidance, education and positive social activities for the personal development of our young people.

Jerome R. Lalonde
Manager-  Customer Relations

As an Adasca partner, Jerome is responsible for the growth and support of our diverse customer base.  Jerome has held a number of senior positions in the telecommunications field, serving as Snr. Account Executive at Netricom, and Operations Manager at Nova Networks.   Jerome specializes in NetBotz and APC Power Systems, designing robust systems to proactively monitor, detect, alert and protect our clients' critical systems. 

Most of Jerome's experience has been with building and managing large information technology programs, however he also oversees Adasca's marketing initiatives, which include developing and implementing the company's network services product portfolio. 

Adam W. Tubman
Manager- Operations

Adam is responsible for all of Adasca's day-to-day operations.  His career includes increasingly complex projects in both start-ups and established organizations, covering all aspects of the infrastructure.   While he maintains his focus on day-to-day operations, Adam also works with the leadership team to help set Adasca's business direction and evaluate new opportunities.

Adam specializes in multimedia distribution systems with significant experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of head-end systems.
